Defence against kick to the head.

Seriously I feel like kicking my own head. The only thing that lies between me and doing it is:

1. Courage
2. Flexibility
3. The whatever sanity that is remaining

I think it is the lack of exercise that is making me nuts.
Shall go on a long long long run later.


Screw exams, I want my sanity back.

I talk to myself, am I abnormal?
- Do I experience distress, danger or disability? No, So I guess I'm not abnormal.
